Two Year Strategic Grants

Reporting Requirements:

Grantees with two-year grants must submit a Progress Report 12 months from the date of the first year’s payment.

Two year strategic grant recipients must submit a Final Report up to 15 months after the second year’s payment is issued. 

Note:  Even if a grant has a matching payment that is made after the second year payment, the Final Report is still due 15 months from the date of the second year payment.
