Please read the Grant Application Guidelines and Instructions for applying online pages before completing an application form.


Please consider the following questions before proceeding on to the application form; these questions will help you to determine which version of the application is most appropriate for your organization and for your request.

·  Is your request for funds from Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation for General Operations (unrestricted funds used for your organization’s overall budget) or for Project Support (funds earmarked for a particular activity or project within your organization)?

To apply for a general operating or project grant, the applicant must complete the online application form appropriate to the type of grant request and the organization. There are two applications from which to choose: 


General Operating Support Grant Request


Project Support Grant Request 

The applications are tailored for each situation and an applicant will be required to select the appropriate application before beginning the online submission process.
