REQUESTING PAYMENT OF GRANTED FUNDS:

A written request for payment of grant funds is required unless otherwise stipulated in the Grantee’s Acceptance and Understanding letter.  The request should be sent to:

Grantees should request funds at least 30 days prior to the desired payment date.

To request payment of a matching grant, grantees must complete and submit the Matching Grant Form.

GRANT EXTENSIONS:

To request a grant extension, grantees must complete and submit the Grant Extension Request Form.
