Clare Bradshaw

Fellow

Clare Bradshaw joined the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation as a Fellow in July 2021. Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Clare received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2021. She was also a concurrent student at Duke University as a Robertson Scholar. While at UNC and Duke, Clare studied labor policy and future of work topics relating to the climate, public health, and education. In addition to her studies, she has worked in several community and research spaces centering worker equity and economic justice. She has interned with the Letcher County Culture Hub in eastern Kentucky; with Reciprocity, an economic development research firm in South Africa; with the Brookings Institution’s Metropolitan Policy Program; and with CareerWise Colorado. Her previous experiences are connected by a commitment to supporting community-driven social and economic justice initiatives, a commitment that now brings her to the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation.
