Trustees of the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation have awarded a grant to Gaston Together to implement a leadership development program aimed at creating a diverse pipeline of leaders under the age of 40 in Gaston County.
Funds from the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation will assist Gaston Together in establishing a leadership development program that encompasses a variety of opportunities, from mentoring to training. The goal of the program is to cultivate a space for participants to identify opportunities and challenges within Gaston County, learn about the community and foster new relationships that can lead them to implement long term changes within the community.
