Niketa Greene

Director of Convening & Capacity-Building

Niketa Greene is a compassionate change agent with an equity and inclusion lens. Her professional career and personal life center on serving the community, and she enjoys helping individuals and organizations create transformation.

Most recently, she served as chief inclusion officer at Cone Health, where she led diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to cultivate a place of belonging for Cone Health’s patients and over 14,000 employees. During her tenure, Cone Health received four national and regional recognitions for best practices in diversity and inclusion. Prior to Cone Health, Niketa held leadership roles in social work, talent development and inclusion, where she launched new programs and policies and created collaborative initiatives for impact.

Niketa believes strongly in impacting the community through service. She is a board member of various organizations working to eliminate poverty, build meaningful community and create sustainability.

Niketa holds a bachelor’s degree from NC A&T State University and a Master of Public Administration. She also holds the Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) designation from the Society for Diversity.

Outside of work, Niketa enjoys attending athletic events, connecting with friends and family over food, and getting outdoors.
