Five NC Nonprofit Leaders to Prioritize Personal Rejuvenation through Sabbatical Program
After years of serving others, five NC nonprofit leaders will take well-deserved time over the next year to turn their attention to themselves.
2015 marked the 25th anniversary of ZSR's Sabbatical Program. Through the Sabbatical Program, ZSR honors leaders of nonprofit organizations across the state for their dedicated service and commitment to the sector. Every other year, the Foundation provides sabbaticals for up to five recipients so they can take an extended break from work to focus on their personal needs, self-growth and self-revitalization in order to return to their organizations with a rejuvenated spirit and renewed sense of focus.
